Personalizing Your Onwynd Experience

The onboarding process at Onwynd is designed to understand your unique mental wellness needs so we can match you with the right therapist and tools.

What Happens During Onboarding

  1. Initial Assessment: Answer questions about your current mental state, stress levels, sleep quality, and wellness goals.
  2. Therapist Preferences: Specify your preferred therapy type (CBT, DBT, mindfulness, etc.), therapist gender, language, and session format (video/audio/chat).
  3. Wellness Goals: Select your primary goals — anxiety management, depression support, work-life balance, grief, relationship issues, etc.
  4. Health Background: Optionally provide relevant health history for better-targeted support.
  5. Notification Preferences: Set when and how you want to receive reminders and check-ins.

Onwynd Score Baseline

At the end of onboarding, you will receive your initial Onwynd Score — a composite measure of your current mental wellness. This serves as your baseline to track progress over time.

Updating Your Profile

You can update your wellness profile at any time from Settings → Wellness Profile in your dashboard.
